These Terms & Conditions govern the use of services provided by Srishti Arogya Dham Trust. By applying for membership or using any services, you agree to comply with the following terms:
- The applicant agrees to comply with all rules, regulations, and operational guidelines of Srishti Arogya Dham Trust.
- Membership (temporary or permanent) is subject to approval and may be modified, suspended, or terminated at the sole discretion of the Trust.
- The Trust reserves the right to accept or reject any application without assigning any reason.
- Members must maintain discipline, respect the values of the organization, and actively participate in activities.
- Any involvement in illegal, unethical, or anti-social activities shall result in immediate termination of membership.
- All payments including donations, registration fees, or service charges are non-refundable and non-transferable.
- The Trust shall not be liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage during participation in any program, activity, or event.
- All information provided must be true and accurate. False information may result in cancellation of membership.
- Members agree to follow all instructions issued by the Trust or its authorized representatives.
- The Trust reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.
