Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all payments made towards services, memberships, registrations, or donations.

  • All payments are final, non-refundable, and non-transferable once successfully processed.
  • No refund shall be provided under any circumstances, including but not limited to non-usage, partial usage, dissatisfaction, or change of mind.
  • In case of duplicate payment or technical error, the issue must be reported within 7 days of the transaction by contacting us at srishtiarogyadhamtrust@gmail.com.
  • Such requests will be reviewed, and resolution (if applicable) will be at the sole discretion of the Trust.
  • The Trust shall not be responsible for any loss due to payment gateway failures, banking issues, or unauthorized transactions.
  • All disputes related to payments shall be subject to the jurisdiction of competent courts in Ara, Bihar, India.
